We at Hampden Cars have the pleasure of offering this Ford Fiesta ST-3 in shadow black. The Fiesta ST continues Fords impressive legacy of making fun affordable sporty hot hatches with the likes of the Escort RS Cosworth and although its not a hot hatch the Sierra RS Cosworth proving that ford know a thing or two about very fast daily drivers. In the 2010s era this scene is dominated by the fiesta ST with it being the go-to for anyone who wants a tad bit more enjoyment on their way to work and in my personal opinion one of the best bang for buck cars out there especially considering the likes of the i20 N which can cost 2.5x the average Fiesta ST for the same performance and feel. Our particular Fiesta ST is the highest tier of spec being an ST-3 which comes with 18" alloys over the 17" on the ST-2 plus things like Satellite Navigation and heated seats but arguably the main difference is the leather Recaro seats which are absolutely amazing to sit in. The ST-3 was a £2k option from new whilst the ST-2 was a £1k option over the base spec ST and most importantly it comes with the valuable AND SORT AFTER ST style pack which includes unique Rado grey alloy wheels, red brake callipers which contrast nicely with the black and illuminated door sills which say ST. Our ST is also completely standard engine wise with no mechanical modifications done to it which therefore retains its impressive reliability rather than heavily modified versions. The previous owner did mention he has had a short shifter fitted at the same time as fitting a replacement clutch which upon driving it is lovely to work with, all gears are flush and require minimal effort to change plus the clutch is nice to work with and all in all a lovely addition to the car. Overall this car is a great stock example which will likely hold its value exceptionally well considering hot hatches are a dying breed in a world where cars are becoming more and more boring.
