We at Hampden cars have the pleasure of offering this lovely 2012 Toyota GT86. Now when it comes to GT86s we have plenty of experience with these cars with this one being roughly the 12th we've had in the last year alone so we know what to look for when it comes to these amazing modern Japanese sports cars.
Most would say that Japanese car makers have gone mental since designing the golden age of sports cars in the early 2000s and 90s many of which we've had the luxury of selling but the GT86 can still prove that they still have some knowledge when it comes to developing fun cars even when the likes of Mitsubishi now only design crossover SUVs. 200 BHP in a lightweight configuration plus RWD is the pinnacle of entry level fun let alone talking about the looks of these GT86s which despite being 14 years old has aged fantastic and little fun fact it is the successor to the famous AE86 so lets hope prices of these turn out similar to them as well. Another fun fact is the exhaust tips are exactly 86mm in length plus the cylinder bore and stroke is also 86mm in length which is a cool nerdy fact.
Anyway this car in particular features an aggressive black paint with an incredibly rare optional extra being full leather seats which aside from the special edition GT86s we've had I have never seen on base GT86s so that's a nice extra. The car mechanically is completely standard with no modifications done so exhaust and engine are stock. As you can see it has a few exterior cosmetic modifications including 18" wheels over the standard 17" for a more aggressive look plus real carbon fibre mirrors not your average temu carbon fibre wrap finish.
The History is fantastic which is very important with a total of 9 services with the most recent being a full service done at 98296 miles so its done next to no miles since plus very importantly the spark plugs have been done in November 2025 as spark plugs on any normal cars are a very easy job but because these are boxer engines the cylinders sit flat in the engine bay so its mega tedious to access the spark plugs.
